One of my all time favourite smoothies! Banana and strawberries 🙂 And to keep it healthy, I use low fat milk and low fat yoghurt. It tastes delicious, is fast to whip up and it keeps you from wanting anything else for quite some time! We’ll soon be investing in a blender as well as a fruit juicer, so I see a lot of healthy drinks coming our way! I have recently picked up a book called “The Big Book of Fruit Juices” and there are some AMAZING recipes in there!
