A fruity smoothie in the making. This is one I made up myself, rather than using a recipe from my excellent Big Book of Juices. I just grabbed an old banana, half a mango, a rock melon wedge and a handful of strawberries, added 3 big ice cubes and let her rip!
These days, I have a fruit juice or smoothie every day and will soon progress to the vegetable juices; not quite sure how I will fare with those…but they are so good for you! The book I have shows you all the vitamins and minerals the drink has and other benefits such as immunity, detox and energy aids 🙂
