In case you missed it…we had a housewarming party last Friday and it was super! I made a few yummy nibblies; some were canapé style and there were platters of antipasto as well as a cheese & dried fruit board. These here little lovelies were easy to make:
Stir 2 tablespoons of finely chopped chives or dill into 250g of softened cream cheese; season with lemon juice and salt and black pepper. Spread over 4 plain or flavoured wraps. Divide 300g of smoked salmon and 2 teaspoons of drained baby capers between wraps. Roll tightly; wrap and chill. Slice and serve cold.
