Yummy, healthy…
60g rolled oats
50g dried apple rings
160 ml of low fat milk and 160ml of water
1 tbs WW Apricot Fruit Spread (I used 1 tsp of regular apricot jam)
40 g WW Apple Crumble Bar
…and easy to make
Cook the rolled oats with the apple on the stove
Combine the fruit spread with a little boiled water to make it runny
Serve porridge when it is ready, add chopped bar and drizzle with the jam mixture
This serves two 🙂
