I set myself a little challenge today; a friend posted a lovely looking breakfast on FB this morning and I asked her what was in it, as it looked deelish! However it was a 12wbt (12 week body transformation: http://www.12wbt.com/) recipe from Michelle Bridges and could not part with the recipe. I understood that completely so I thought I could at least try and make something similar, worth 250 calories, which her meal was. Now hers included bread that she toasted and spread with what looked like avocado. I could not add that as it would have gone over. I’m not sure if that was included in the calorie count and how big her pizza was compared to mine and I figured I didn’t really need the bread anyway, so this is my version 😉
Oh and I also had a cup of camomile with it. It was a very nice (and low cal) lunch!
