The protein powder is great for a ‘before’ the morning gym workout; it doesn’t give you that ‘sloshy’ full feeling. Normally I just add 250ml of water and some cinnamon (I use that wherever I can), but this morning it called for a banana and skim milk. The chia seeds were a freebie so I thought I would try them; they are supposed to be good for you 😉 I had the little protein bars straight after the race with a bottle of water and a few free cups of Powerade; feel as good as new after that!
